In the event of a technical issue on our end, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. For example, if a computer locks up, we may switch to another computer in the studio. However, in some cases, we may need to restart the game from the beginning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We understand that internet connection speeds may vary for individual players. If you experience a slow connection that impacts your ability to buzz in, we recommend checking your internet connection and ensuring that no other devices or applications are using bandwidth. Unfortunately, we cannot control individual players’ internet connections and cannot guarantee equal response times for all players.

We strive to ensure fair gameplay by making judgment calls quickly and seamlessly during the game. When a player gives a verbal answer, we assess if the answer is in the spirit of the correct answer or not. Similar to Family Feud, we may accept answers that are synonyms or close variations to the correct answer. We understand that players may occasionally disagree with our decisions, but we aim to provide a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all participants.

Group therapy is a type of therapy that involves a therapist treating several people at the same time in a group. Our therapy is hosted weekly through our unique member-based digital platform. Our therapist will often target specific problems and provide guidance through discussions that connect our members on topics such as relationships, grief, life, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem and much more.  The goal is to assist you and provide you the tools and resources needed to be the best you can be in those scenarios.

The Odd Pro hosts a scheduled weekly 1.5 hour online group therapy discussion.  These sessions are hosted live through our member-based digital platform and are held every Tuesday night at 8pm EST.  We encourage our users to always participate by joining the PHamily in these live weekly discussions.

PHamily game night, also known as, (Game Show Giveaway) is a great way to relax and network with your peers.  Game Show Giveaway offers participation in a team oriented environment,  allowing you to have fun while interacting with other T.O.P. members. The more you use the program, the more you can save.  In our “Eat” category, users save an average of $5.50 per person. But in our “Shop” category, users save an average of $335 on auto services, and $57 on things like retail shopping, home and garden and other services. For the most efficient processing of your exchange, we recommend that you first return the item you no longer want. Once the return has been accepted, our merchandising team will initiate the exchange and this will ensure a timely exchange process.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges.
